Spot AS is the only company in Grenland to have acquired a brand-new laser that is ideal for producing frames, support structures, machine components, and much more. Tube laser cutting is used in many industries, such as machinery manufacturing, construction, and process industry. We offer the production of unique and complex parts, serial production, and fast delivery times — all with high precision and excellent quality.

Our new laser, the CutLite TUBE 305, cuts tubes and profiles up to 6.5 meters in length. The profile laser is efficient and precise, and it cuts most profile types. The tube laser is equipped with an integrated flow drill that drills and threads parts directly into laser-cut holes in the same process.

Advantages and applications

The profile laser is particularly well-suited for serial production, delivering high precision and short production times. It is also ideal for parts that require numerous or complex cutouts, as the machine can perform detailed cuts with minimal post-processing.

The machine handles round profiles with a maximum diameter of 305 mm, and square or open profiles up to 220 mm. Additionally, it can tap holes directly into laser-cut openings in sizes ranging from M6 to M12, enabling a highly efficient production process. For thin-walled materials, the profile laser uses Flowdrill technology, which increases thread depth and results in stronger, more durable connections.
